Launched in 2010, the Los Angeles chapter of CEN is a leading advocacy orginization fostering the growth of the clean economy in Southern California. With the support of a national headquarters located in Washington, DC, the Los Angeles chapter is an advocacy organization for individuals who support the development of a clean economy.
The Clean Economy Network enables business professionals with an interest in renewable energy to connect with one another, to promote the growth of the renewable energy industry. CEN provides opportunities for networking, education and business creation.
Created in 2010, the Los Angeles Chapter of CEN is an umbrella organization that brings all sectors of the clean economy together to advocate, educate and network for a clean economy. Providing a coordinated and unprecedented spotlight on the state’s growing clean economy, CEN will plan public events throughout the year to build a platform for educating the public and creating collaborative solutions and new business relationships.
CEN Los Angeles is uniquely focused on two primary objectives:
1. To be the leading platform for entrepreneurs in the green space to come together to network, learn, and engage with policymakers to develop local initiatives and lobby for programs that are necessary to the development of a new clean economy.
2. To promote the creation of local, lasting jobs through the development of the clean economy.
